That’s why we maintain a clear and straightforward return policy in accordance with applicable EU legal guidelines. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Please use the cancellation link (at the bottom of this page).

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

How does the reflection period work?
The period: From the moment you (or a third party designated by you) have physically received the product, the statutory cooling-off period of 14 days starts.
The message: Within these 14 days you let us know that you are canceling the purchase.
The return period: After your notification, you have another 14 days to actually return the product to us.


Step-by-step plan: This is how you return your order
Canceling your order is very simple. Follow the steps below:

Step 1: Register your revocation. Send an email to our customer service at info@ruggedface.com or use the legal model withdrawal form. Always clearly state your order number and which products it concerns.
Step 2: Pack the product. Make sure that the product is - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. Pack it neatly to prevent damage during transport.
Step 3: Send the package. Take your package to a post office or parcel point of your choice. Please note: the direct costs for return shipping are for your own account. Please keep the shipping receipt (with Track & Trace) until your return has been fully processed.


Refund
If you cancel the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point back from us as soon as possible. This includes any standard shipping costs you paid for the outward shipment.

Term: Within 14 days after your cancellation notification.
Method: Via the same payment method you used to pay (unless otherwise agreed).
Important note: We may wait with the refund until we have received the products back, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the products (whichever comes first).

Depreciation and Exceptions
Can I test the product?

You can view and assess the product at home as you would in a physical store. If you use the product in a manner that goes beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and operation, you are liable for the depreciation. In that case, we can deduct this depreciation from the amount to be refunded.

Products excluded from withdrawal:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on some products. This applies, among other things, to: Products that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalized.
Products that can spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life.
Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and of which the seal has been broken after delivery (for example certain cosmetics or hygiene products).
